I don\u2019t diagnose, offer structured therapeutic tools, or do clinical work.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">My approach centers on deep listening, sincere conversation, and shared presence. You can come to this space whether or not you\u2019re in therapy, as long as you\u2019re not experiencing an acute crisis that requires a mental-health professional. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">If you feel you need psychological support, I can recommend (if you wish) wonderful psychotherapists who can accompany you.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A la Orilla is not a clinical or mental-health service.
